About these terms

Velvet Milestone operates velvetmilestone.com, a curated online gift store hosted on Shopify. These terms explain use of our website and purchases from our store. Using the store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malicious code or interference with another person's access.

Products and personalization

Product descriptions state the materials, dimensions, options and customization offered. Screen settings can affect colors, and handmade items may have reasonable variations described in the listing. These variations do not excuse defects or material differences from the description.

For personalized gifts, you are responsible for checking the details you submit and for having permission to use any uploaded text or artwork. Production and proof arrangements vary by product. Do not assume a proof is included unless the listing says so. Changes after production begins may not be possible.

Prices, payments and orders

Prices, available inventory and promotions may change for future orders. The currency, applicable taxes, shipping and final total are shown at checkout. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions. Payment must be made using an accepted checkout method.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded promptly. We may decline orders where there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful use.

Fulfillment, returns and cancellations

Gifts may ship directly from our partner brands and makers, and items in one order may arrive separately. Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Website content and external services

Store branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights belonging to Velvet Milestone or the relevant rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping, but may not reproduce protected content for commercial use without permission. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their services and privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Accuracy and service availability

We aim to keep information accurate and the store available. We may correct errors or temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. If a correction affects an existing order, we will explain your options. Nothing in these terms removes our responsibility to supply goods that meet their description or any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes and questions
